Weekend Gaming: Persona Q

Missed an update thanks to a crazy week, but I'm back and still at it with Persona Q.

Actually, I expected this to be my last update with Persona Q, but the game refuses to give up. I'm right there at the end, so another good push this week will hopefully put me over the top.

It's been a great, 100+ hour ride, but my endurance for labyrinths is nearly depleted. As Teddy would say, "I'm almost out of Persona juice".

Persona Q Commute

Between the fourth and fifth labyrinths I feel like Persona Q has ramped up the punishment. Tough FOEs, challenging puzzles and never-ending levels. I took a break just to recharge, and found it difficult to get up the energy to dive back in.

It's not there is anything wrong with Persona Q, it's just that this final push has been exhausting. Just like what I was experiencing in the fourth labyrinth, I'm putting forth maximum effort with minimal progress. It's a pattern I'm starting to weary of, and although I love the game, I may consult a guide to help speed things along.

I'm just getting to the point where I'm ready to wrap this up and move on to something new (looking at you Code Name: Steam).

Hopefully I can find the strength to power through this week. We'll see how that goes.
